FOCUS Brands Inc. selects Radiant Systems

ATLANTA — FOCUS Brands Inc., the franchisor Carvel, Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee in Hawaii, has selected Radiant Systems as the preferred technology partner for its Carvel and Cinnabon franchisees. FOCUS Brands' solution includes Aloha Enterprise reporting and Aloha QuickService POS running on Radiant P1220 hardware terminals.
According to a news release, Aloha Enterprise reporting produces in-depth operational information including timely business alerts, customizable consolidated reporting and advanced sales analysis in real-time. The system also reduces associate training time, improves order accuracy and provides comprehensive management of key processes from a central location.
