First Watch settles sexual discrimination suit

Bradenton Herald: First Watch Restaurants Inc., the breakfast-lunch restaurant specialty chain, will pay $230,000 to settle a sexual discrimination lawsuit involving five former female employees in California.
 
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission district in San Francisco on Nov. 21 announced the settlement, which involved a former regional manager over two of the company's restaurants in California. Both restaurants, in Burlingame and San Mateo, have since closed and the manager has been fired.
