BRADENTON, Fla.—Specializing in unique breakfast, brunch and lunch dining, First Watch Restaurants Inc. is entering the Cleveland market. The 4,200-square-foot restaurant will seat approximately 130 guests and its business hours are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
First Watch serves up traditional breakfast fare along with original innovations, such as a Bacado Omelette, Turkey Dill Crepe, and a Power Wrap (fluffy egg whites, smoked turkey, spinach and mushrooms in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap). The restaurant also offers an assortment of lunch items, like the Santa Fe Salad and the Not Guilty... Your Honor sandwich (a flat bread, hummus, fresh veggies and Feta cheese creation).
The popular and fast-growing daytime-only concept already has 15 restaurants in Ohio and 56 throughout the country.
