Fired Pie announces additional Arizona locations

Fired Pie recently opened its 16th location in Chandler and 17th in Glendale — both in Arizona, according to a news release. The restaurant has a total of 15 units in the Phoenix area and two in Tucson.

"As we continue to grow, so does our team," said co-founder Doug Doyle. "This is our dream and we are excited to continue with the success we have had so far."

According to the release, Fired Pie has been open for three years and plans to open a location in Mesa, Arizona by the end of 2016 and another in Las Vegas in 2017. It also hired CFO Abby Anderson and board member/investor Frederick Wolfe, as well as launching a free loyalty app and being selected by Uber for its food delivery service in Phoenix.
