Firecracker chicken returns to Panda Express

Panda Express is celebrating the holidays with the return of the Firecracker Chicken Breast. The 240-calorie dish that combines marinated all-white meat chicken breast, sweet yellow and red bell peppers and onions, wok tossed with whole and crushed chili peppers in a signature black bean sauce, will be available from Nov. 28 to Jan. 29.

"Firecracker Chicken Breast is a favorite of many guests who love its bold flavors and await its return each year," said Andy Kao, executive chef at Panda Express. "We invite our guests to take a break from the holiday rush and experience a light, flavorful and satisfying meal."
