INDIANAPOLIS — Fazoli's has begun a remodeling project for 16 of its Indianapolis-area locations, the company announced in a news release.
Following a prototype that was unveiled in Lexington, Ky., the new Tuscany-inspired décor was developed to reflect consumer tastes.
One major change in the remodel is how the condiment and drink areas are designed. More booths also will be added.Other changes to the restaurants include upgraded restrooms, Corian countertops on the redesigned condiment stand and front counter, new interior lighting, upgraded exterior lighting and new menu boards.
The goal is for restaurants to remain open during the makeover with as much work as possible being done at night. The project is expected to be completed by early November.
