In addition to the low-calorie menu addition, the company is rolling out its new contemporary look and expanded service modelat five restaurants in Paducah, Ky., Cape Giradeau, Mo., and southern Illinois.
“It’s exciting to be part of a company that is investing in local communities,” said Carl Howard, president and CEO. “Many of the larger chains are failing to invest in smaller towns,” he added. “Fazoli’s believes families in cities of all sizes deserve real food they can afford in a fun, friendly environment.”
Additionally, the Italian chain has opened new locations within the past year in Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Edwardsville, Ill., and recently remodeled restaurants in central Illinois. Several more Kentucky restaurants are slated to be remodeled this year, with expanded service added.
