FATZ appoints VP of training

Cafe Enterprises Inc., parent company of FATZ, has named Sara Anderson as its new vice president of training.

Moving to Greenville, S.C., in 1999, Anderson started bartending at FATZ to pay for her education and has since climbed up the corporate ladder. She worked as a serving manager and was promoted to director of training in 2004.

Serving as an active board member and president of the Spartanburg Area Restaurant Association since 2010, she has helped promote and educate the community about the quality of service FATZ provides.

FATZ first opened in 1988, in Spartanburg, S.C.
