Fatburger eyes China market

CattleNetwork: Fast casual chain Fatburger has plans to expand into China within the next year. Expansion plans for the California-based chain involve the launch of 25 units inChinaand adjacent territories by 2010, with the first restaurant scheduled to open in September at the Venetian hotel and casino inMacao.
