Fast Casual seeks Top 100 nominations

"We are looking for those brands that are indicative of the innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship of the restaurateurs inhabiting this space," saidPaul Barron, publisher of Fast Casual magazine. "The fast casual market continues to grow at a dynamic pace, and we're asking for reader input to help us understand what it takes for a brand to make this list."
Barron said that when the results are compiled, he expects to see that some brands will have fallen off the list while others likely will have moved up in the rankings. Menu items and people are no longer on the list because active growth in the market offers the panel of experts so many brands from which to choose.
