Fast Casual magazine evaluates burgers and restaurant design
July 17, 2006
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The forthcoming August-September issue of Fast Casual magazine will focus on the rise of the hamburger – commonly thought of as a quick-service restaurant staple – in the fast-casual restaurant segment.
The cover story looks back at the history of the hamburger, which originated with the White Castle chain, and looks forward to trends developing in burger-based fast-casual chains like Fuddruckers, Back Yard Burgers and San Francisco-based Taxi Burgers. The issue will also address restaurant design and how to better attract customers. The issue will be available in early August.
