Farmer Boys launches fresh loyalty app

Farmer Boys, a fast casual restaurant concept, has made its Very Important Farmer app and loyalty rewards more user friendly and is also offering more flexible rewards, according to a press release.
Guests may now earn one point for every dollar spent, with rewards unlocked at 30, 55, 75 and 100 points. The rewards include options such as free drinks, free Chilli Cheese Fries, free Breakfast Burrito, free Farmer's Burger and more.
"This is a very important update that only our very important guests get to experience," Larry Rusinko, VP and CMO, Farmer Boys, said in the release. "Exceptional service has always been of utmost importance at Farmer Boys, and we want that sentiment to extend into our guest's digital experience as well. We're excited to celebrate this relaunch with our guests during VIF Week, and we look forward to receiving their feedback on our new and improved loyalty program."
Existing users with banked rewards can transfer their points into menu item rewards or $10 increments. Members can also receive personalized offers, birthday treats and news on new menu items and sneak peaks on menu items.
