ezCater launches management platform

Online business catering marketplace ezCater is launching the next generation of its management platform, ezManage, according to a news release. 

ezManage features include: 

  • Centralized acceptance, management and analysis of phone, online and in-person orders.
  • Integrated POS to boost overall processes and accuracy while cutting labor costs. 
  • Sales-enhancing and performance-tracking tools.
  • Relationship- and revenue-building CRM.
  • Payment systems for payment management through quotes, house accounts and credit cards. 
  • Promotional and loyalty program to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Open APIs that integrate with current systems. 

The fully programmable platform is customizable to brand needs and allows restaurants to retain current systems, while adopting ezManage modules to meet additional needs or add functions. 

The company said its first ezManage platform, released last spring, has been in high demand, with more than 2,400 brands now using the system. The new platform will be generally available next spring. Select restaurants are taking part in a private beta ezManage program of ezManage.
