El Pollo Loco signs deal with PLM Restaurants

PLM Restaurants signed a franchise deal to acquire two existing El Pollo Loco Tucson locations, and open six new locations by August 2019. 

"We look forward to partnering with PLM Restaurants and its president, David Harper, who has 39 years of industry experience, to continue building the brand's presence," said El Pollo Loco President and CEO Steve Sather.

The company is seeking individuals with restaurant operating experience in Northern California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
