El Pollo Loco opens 1st Grand Prairie location

Citrus-marinated chicken cooked over an open flame grill debuted in Grand Prairie, Texas for the first time, thanks to El Pollo Loco's newest location, according to a press release. This opening marks the eighth in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market and the third owned by Chicken Time III, a Chicken Time Holdings and Henry Investment Group affiliate.  

"We are thrilled to have Chicken Time Holdings expand the brand to Grand Prairie and continue to help us establish our presence in DFW," said El Pollo Loco CEO Steve Sather. "We look forward to working together to continue to open new locations and bring El Pollo Loco to more communities across the market."
