Einstein Bros. Bagels is partnering with foodservice manufacturer Antunes to implement egg stations.
The stations use steam and heat to cook both shelled and liquid egg whites and are designed to take up minimal amounts of space back-of-house.
"We are always looking to elevate our quality while maintaining our guest's expectations of quick service. Working with Antunes and their egg cooker provided us a way to do both," said D.J. Lonergan, CEC, research and development chef for Einstein Bros. Bagels.
