Einstein Bros. Bagels opens at East Carolina University

GREENVILLE, N.C. — Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened a new location on the campus of East Carolina University, the company has announced.

The restaurant, opened Aug. 18, features Einstein Bros.' bagels, coffee, sandwiches, salads and desserts, and marks the 11th Einstein Bros. licensed eatery to open in 2007.

With the opening, 54 licensed Einstein Bros. Bagels are on college campuses nationwide. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group plans to open a total of 30-40 license locations this year.
