Eggheadz LLC set to launch Strati Wild Italian fast casual concept

Eggheadz LLC recently announced plans to open Strati Wild Italian, a new fast casual Italian restaurant.

According to Business First, an August opening is planned at 1702 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Ky., with a goal of opening six additional locations within two years.

Customers will build pasta dishes, salads or wraps. Vegan and gluten-free options will be offered, including a gluten-free spaghetti squash pasta. Wine and beer will also be offered. Average check price is anticipated to be around $10.
