ATLANTA — Doc Green's Gourmet Salads & Grill has incorporated Italian flavors into fresh menu options with limited-time items: the Mozzarella Perlini Salad and the Turkey Mozzarella Pocket sandwich.
The fresh ingredients of the Mozzarella Perlini Salad contain crisp romaine, baby spinach, fresh basil, tomatoes, green peppers, roasted red peppers, sliced black olives, cucumbers, fresh mozzarella and sliced roasted turkey breast, tossed with Doc Green's signature Caesar dressing.The Turkey Mozzarella Pocket sandwich layers fresh-roasted turkey breast, baby spinach, green pepper strips, red onions, shredded mozzarella with a flavorful pesto sauce wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla.
