Dickey's contractor opens 9 units around Los Angeles

After literally building Dickey's Barbecue Pit from the ground up as the concept's California general contractor, Caleb Cabrera took a leap of faith and opened nine Dickey's units in California's Orange County, according to a press release. His business partners include Vince Perez and his son, CJ. He is also the founder and CEO of Elite Construction.

"Dickey's Barbecue Pit is proud to have Caleb Cabrera join the team as an Owner/Operator," Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO of Dickey's, said in the release. "Dickey's rapid expansion across the nation is due in part to our dedication of staying true to our brand while also evolving with the changing times.The other key factor is choosing the best partners to franchise with, and Cabrera is the perfect fit."
