Dickey's launching potato chip line to benefit veterans

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc. announced today it is introducing a new line of proprietary potato chips. A portion of the proceeds from the chips will go to Hope for the Brave, an organization which serves veterans and their families.

“I’m so proud of our new chips,” CEO Roland Dickey, Jr. said in a press release. “They are an exciting new menu offering that allows our guests the ability to directly affect the lives of returning veterans around the country.”

The chips will arrive in select test locations on July 14 and will roll out nationwide in September. Flavors include Original, Barbecue and Jalapeno Cheddar.
