Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants are introducing a new design, including new layered natural wood interior schemes and enhanced menu boards in all new restaurants. In addition, existing restaurants will gradually shift to the clean lines and rustic wood update, said Roland Dickey Jr., the company's president and CEO.
"For three generations, my family has held a deep-rooted passion for great barbecue, and as our brand evolves it's important to convey that message visually," he said. "The craftsman style with the rough-hewn wood and metal combination really sets the vibe for an overall enhanced dining experience."
Dickey's new interior design features a timeless worn feel with reclaimed wood plank walls, corrugated metal detail and bold graphic canvas prints. The enhanced menu boards are designed to improve the customer experience through high definition food photography and menu descriptions. The boards also feature Dickey's new whole meat options, which are now available nationwide.
"Dickey's has a rich history, and we continually strive to offer exciting new ways to keep our brand energized," said Dickey. "From the rustic design of our restaurants, the wood fire smell from the smoker to the tunes playing in the background — it all sets the tone for the next generation of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants."
