Daphne's Greek Cafe plans Wash. expansion

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Daphne's Greek Cafe has announced plans to expand the company's chain of restaurants to Washington with the opening of two locations there.

The first restaurant, Daphne's Greek Express, will feature a selection of the restaurant's most popular items. The Seattle location is expected to open July 25, 2008. The second restaurant, Daphne's Greek Cafe, located in Renton, Wash., will open in early fall.
