Daphne's Greek Cafe moves into Colorado

SAN DIEGO — Fast-casual Greek restaurant chain Daphne's Greek Cafe plans to open two new restaurants in Colorado by this summer, the company announced. 
 
The first restaurant, located in downtown Denver, will open by the end of March. The second, to be located in Boulder, is expected to open in May. The two locations will employ more than 30 new team members.
 
Daphne's currently has 69 locations throughout California and Arizona.
