Daphne's Greek Cafe expands to Oregon

SAN DIEGO — Daphne's Greek Cafe has announced its plans to expand the company's chain of restaurants to Oregon with the opening of three new locations there. The first two restaurants will open in January 2008 with the third restaurant expected to open in March.

Daphne's Greek Cafe was founded in 1991 and has restaurants throughout Arizona, California and Colorado. Menu items include salads, kabob plates, pita sandwiches and the chain's signature Gyro sandwich.
