la Madeleine Country French Café is introducing custom crepes to its breakfast menu this week featuring fresh ingredients such as scrambled eggs, bacon, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes and cheddar.

The Dallas-based eatery states the open-faced crepes are ideal for diners wanting a satisfying, hearty breakfast.

"Crêpes are quintessential to country French cuisine," said Susan Dederen, VP of culinary for la Madeleine, in an announcement. "They are a staple across France. And what better way to introduce custom crêpes at la Madeleine than for breakfast – the best meal of the day."

la Madeleine is spotlighting la Madeleine mornings, which will be a featured topic during the spring season through the brand's eClub, social media communities and recently launched loyalty app, Bonne Rewards.

The new custom breakfast crêpes are served all day and made to order.
