CUPS adding candy to menu

CUPS Frozen Yogurt — That's Hot is now featuring a new candy selection for its 24 yogurt flavors. CUPS Candy Bar is a designated candy section selling bulk candy for 59 cents an ounce, according to a company press release, and has 40 to 60 different candy varieties, including Gummy Bears, Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Lemonheads, Chocolate Peanuts, NERDS and more than a dozen Jelly Belly varieties.

CUPS Candy Bar is now available in six locations: Westminster, Calif., Clifton, N.J., East Hanover, N.J., Yonkers, N.Y., Nanuet, N.Y., and Carle Place, N.Y. CUPS Candy Bar will be added to new CUPS locations in the coming months.

"CUPS was designed to be different from an everyday yogurt bar or ice cream shop. It's more of a club-like experience. We pump out club dance music at volumes that create a highly energetic vibe," said Rick Barbrick, CUPS co-founder. "And what's a club without a bar? CUPS Candy Bar offers guests another reason to come in and experience what CUPS is all about."
