Costa Vida opens in American Fork, Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — Costa Vida, known for its Baja-inspired menu offerings, has announced the opening of its newest location in American Fork, Utah. Costa Vida has an additional 12 open Utah locations and will be opening its next location in Queen Creek, Ariz., in May.        

Costa Vida also recently launched its new Web site and online community, which anyone can join for free. Community membership benefits include receiving exclusive rewards, recipes and tips from executive chef Dave Prows, as well as Costa Vida news updates.
