The restaurant is owned by brothers Donald and Michael Williams, who have signed an area developer agreement for the state of Georgia.

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill announced the opening of its first unit in Georgia. The new restaurant, located at 405 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 165 in Cumming, will open Oct. 13.

The grand opening celebration will include a free meal once a week for an entire year for the first 50 customers in line, a free meal once a month for an entire year for the next 50, and a free meal the day of the event for all others.

The restaurant is owned by brothers Donald and Michael Williams, who have signed an area developer agreement for the state of Georgia. Michael is also a Georgia state senator representing the county for 2015.

"As a politician and experienced franchise and small business owner, I've learned and strongly believe that you must be passionate about not only the product and service you are providing, but also proud of the quality and the values that you are representing and sharing with your community," said Michael Williams in a company press release. "Distinct from other restaurant concepts in the area, Costa Vida offers a unique flavor profile that cannot be found around here. Inspired by coastal Mexico, Costa Vida's vibrant menu boasts quality ingredients with gluten-friendly options and better-for-you Mexican cuisine. We're looking forward to sharing our excitement with the community and continuing to grow the brand presence throughout the state of Georgia."
