Cosi director sells more shares

Associated Press: William D. Forrest, a director of restaurant chain Cosi Inc., sold 25,000 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, reported he sold the shares Wednesday for $4.50 to $4.66 apiece. In April, Forrest also sold 25,000 shares of common stock for $5.53 to $5.75 apiece.
