CoreLife Eatery partners with industry veteran

March 24, 2017

CoreLife Eatery will open 10 locations in Indiana with the help of restaurant industry veteran Melissa Rohwer, according to a press release.

Rohwer worked in fine dining operations management for 17 years before owning and operating four Moe's Southwest Grill locations for the past 11 years.

"If I'm going to put my heart and soul into something, it has to be worthwhile. I quickly saw that CoreLife Eatery fit with my goals and beliefs, and am confident that is a strong investment," Rohwer said in the release. "This will be a game changer for my corporation."

Rohwer joined the partnership with her husband Bill and her mother, Sandy H McKeithan. The 10 locations will be opened over the next four years, with seven in Indianapolis, two in Fort Wayne, and one in Lafayette, according to the press release.
