Consumers weigh in on Starbucks woes

Associated Press: Hundreds of consumers have chimed in their improvement ideas on the Starbucks Corp. Web site, which asks customers to pitch changes the company should make to revive its U.S. business.
Customer comments include the creation of a punch-card system with a free drink after so many purchases; a free birthday cup of joe; or discounts for using their own mugs.
