Consumers shift from casual to fast-casual dining

Arizona Republic: Budget-minded and schedule-challenged Arizonans are still eating out, but they are shifting their business, in many cases, from full-service restaurants to fast-food and fast-casual locations.
"It's a great time to be opening a restaurant, at least this kind of restaurant," said Michael Scott, who markets franchises for San Diego-based Submarina.
