Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to roll out free Wi-Fi
August 27, 2008
LOS ANGELES — The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has announced that it will offer free Wi-Fi Internet access at virtually all company-owned stores. The company started installing the Wi-Fi units in July and many stores will have the wireless service by the end of August.
"We know our consumers, especially the younger crowd, are looking for free, fast and unrestricted Web access and we're happy to accommodate them. We want our stores to continue to be a friendly place where our consumers feel comfortable making the store a temporary office, a place to do homework or a place to chat online," said Scott Nicholson, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf director of operation services.
