Coconut's Fish Cafe open in Los Angeles

Coconut's Fish Cafe, known for its fish tacos, salads and sandwiches, took its first step into Southern California, opening a unit at 809 S Hill St.,, according to a company press release. 
 
"When you look around at the community, it is clear that we've joined something very special right here and couldn't imagine a better location for sharing our passion for great food, friendly atmosphere, and endless Aloha," CEO Michael Phillips said in the release. 
 
Since opening in 2009, the Hawaii-based chain has expanded into San Diego, Orange County and Northern California.
