Classic fried rice returns to Panda Express

Classic Fried Rice is back at Panda Express as the result of the chain's nationwide effort to collect guest preferences through sales analysis, market research and feedback surveys. After a short break, Classic Fried Rice returns to the menu alongside Brown Steamed Rice, White Steamed Rice, Chow Mein and Mixed Veggies, said Dave Wallinga, vice president of marketing at Panda Express.

"Panda Express has some of the most passionate and loyal guests in our industry," he said. "We are humbled by their passion for our food and we honor it by bringing back Classic Fried Rice. Panda Express guests have spoken and their voices and votes have been heard loud and clear."

Made fresh throughout the day, Panda's chefs create Classic Fried Rice by wok-tossing steamed rice with soy sauce, scrambled eggs, green peas, carrots and chopped green onions.
