Clarabridge, Fast Casual to host restaurant customer experience management webinar

Fastcasual.com has partnered with text analytics software provider Clarabridge Inc. to host the free webinar "Customer experience management: Why your guests leave and how to keep them coming back." The hour-long webinar will be held May 13, 2010, at 2 p.m. EDT.
Speakers include restaurant-industry veterans Carl Elsinger, Clarabridge business development director, and Karen Hidalgo, senior sales engineer. It will be moderated by fastcasual.com senior editor Valerie Killifer. Topics discussed will include:
