CKE Restaurants hires new executives

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — CKE Restaurants announced the hiring of two executives.
The company said E. Michael Murphy has been appointed to the role of general counsel and chief administrative officer. And Ned Lyerly has been appointed senior vice president of global franchise development.
Murphy has served as general counsel and executive vice president overseeing franchising since 2000. Lyerly's duties expand on his role as senior vice president of the company's international division, as he will now oversee franchise development for the Carl's Jr., Hardee's and La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill brands in the United States and around the world.
