Christopher Smith joins Mission Burritos as SVP

HOUSTON — Mexican Restaurants Inc. has announced the appointment of Christopher Smith as senior vice president for Mission Burritos.
Smith formerly served as vice president of operations for Star Concessions Ltd. and operations director-Texas for Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Mexican Restaurants Inc. operates and franchises 78 fast-casual Mexican restaurants.
