Chop't adds to summer salad collection

Chop't Creative Salad Company has launched a new summer menu featuring the San Sebastian Cobb, Austin Food Truck Cobb and The Melrose salads.

The salads include:

Austin Food Truck Cobb: Fried chipotle freebird chicken, tomato, black beans, Cotija cheese, frito chips, and romaine lettuce with Mexican Goddess dressing

The Melrose: Broccoli, peas, cucumber, avocado, quinoa, feta cheese, romaine, and Mesclun lettuces with basil mint pesto

San Sebastian Cobb: Grilled freebird chicken, Piparras peppers, aged Mahon cheese, slivered almonds, and romaine lettuce with Smoky Honey Mustard dressing

"We make lunch more exciting by constantly adding new limited Seasonals to the menu," said co-founder Colin McCabe. "Some Seasonals get so much love and attention from guests - like the Mexican Caesar or the Fall Classic - they make it onto our classic menu."

Chop't has 16 locations across Manhattan, Westchester County, NY, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
