Chipotle wants to convert to single-stock class

According to an article in the Denver Business Journal,Chipotle will ask its shareholdersto agree to single class of common-stock conversion.
 
The company's board has approved the plan and will make the recommendation at a special shareholder meeting Dec. 21 to vote on the proposal.
 
From the story:
A proxy statement will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission with information on the proposed conversion, Chipotle said.
 
As of July 22, there were 14,969,248 shares of Class A common stock and 16,670,786 shares of Class B common stock outstanding, according to Chipotle's latest annual report.
