Chipotle to move offices
January 21, 2007
DENVER — Chipotle Mexican Grill is moving its Denver headquarters to a soon-to-be-constructed 43,000 square-foot building located in the city's lower downtown historic district.
"This location lets us remain in the downtown Denver area that we love, and that's so true to our personality, while also enjoying the amenities and benefits of a newly built building,"said Steve Ells, Chipotle's founder and chief executive officer.
According to a news release, Chipotle will increase its office space by more than 10 percent during the move, slated for late 2008. The location also will feature residential and retail space.
