This year, like for the past 19 years, Chipotle Mexican Grill is celebrating Halloween with its "Boorito" event which offers discounts to customers wearing a Halloween costume. It starts at 3 p.m. on Halloween and ends when stores close.
Chipotle is expanding marketing for the event with a partnership with TikTok, the latest video sharing craze, and is encouraging customers and fan to post videos of themselves in costume using the hashtag #Boorito, according to a CNN report.
If you're a fan of Chipotle's carne asada, during your Halloween fun you'd be wise to take advantage as the limited-time offer item is actually more limited than the brand, or analysts, expected.
In fact there are likely just a few weeks left to enjoy the LTO, according to a Market Watch report.
The news wasn't welcomed by at least one industry analyst who noted the item's testing time was longer than its market time.
