Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. to announce Q4 earnings

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2009 financial results Feb. 11, 2010, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, according to a company statement. Hosting the call will be Steve Ells, founder, chairman, and co-CEO, Monty Moran, co-CEO, and Jack Hartung, CFO. A press release with fourth quarter and full year 2009 financial results will be issued at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern that same day.
The conference call can be accessed live over the phone by dialing 1-888-601-3874 or for international callers by dialing 1-913-312-1437. A replay will be available one hour after the call and can be accessed by dialing 1-888-203-1112 or 1-719-457-0820 for international callers; the password is 6874067. The replay will be available until Feb. 18, 2010.
The call will be webcast live from the Company's website at chipotle.com under the investor relations section. An archived webcast will be available one hour after the end of the call.
Ells told investors during the recent 2010 Cowen/ICR XChange conference that through the third quarter of 2009, revenues for the company were up 14.6 percent to $1.13 billion over the prior year. For the twelve months ended Sept. 30, 2009, the company has reported estimated revenue growth at $1.47 billion, up from $1.33 billion rpeorted for the same period in 2008. Chipotle also opened 76 locations through the end of the 2009 third quarter for an overall unit count of 911 locations.
