Chipotle exec: 'No link found between Chipotle and actor's hospitalization'

Although Broadway actor Jeremy Jordan said Thursday that he was hospitalized and "almost died" after eating Chipotle, Chris Arnold, the chain's director of communication, told FastCasual that there were no links to support Jordan's claim.
 
"I, as you can see, am in the hospital and I have fluids in my arm because the food did not agree with me and I almost died," Jordan posted on Instagram alongside a photo of him lying in a hospital bed.  

Arnold said that the chain was sorry to hear that Jordan was sick and was able to get in touch with him directly regarding where and when he ate. 

"There have been no other reported claims of illness at the restaurant he visited," he said. "We take all claims seriously, but we can't confirm any link to Chipotle given the details he shared with us."
