Chicken Dijon inks multiunit deal

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Chicken Dijon Rotisserie & Grill, the 14-year-old southern California-based restaurant chain, has announced a multiunit franchise deal with Gary Bresee and his family to develop three restaurants in Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Venice and Westchester. Their first Chicken Dijon Rotisserie & Grill restaurant is expected to open by the end of 2008.
Chicken Dijon has seven locations throughout California and six more in development. The company plans to franchise the rest of the state and eventually grow nationwide.
