Chicken chains expand in California

San Francisco Examiner:A franchise of El Pollo Loco will be opening five new stores in California's San Mateo County and four in San Francisco by the end of 2011. His business holds the exclusive franchise rights for San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties.
 
Meanwhile, San Francisco chain El Pollo Supremo, or Supreme Chicken, plans three new locations by the end of 2008.
