Casio teams up with MicroSale for Android POS app

Casio America Inc. recently announced its partnership with MicroSale to create TabPOS, an app for its Android-based POS systems.

Casio America Inc. recently announced its partnership with MicroSale to create TabPOS, an app for its Android-based POS systems.

"Quick-service restaurant owners seek POS systems that are not only cost-effective, but also help their businesses run more efficiently," said Larry Sampey, General Manager of Casio's System Products Division, in a news release. "With TabPOS by MicroSale built-in, Casio's Android terminals provide another level of speed, flexibility and ease of use for thousands of different users."

TabPOS features advanced cloud reporting. Users can view consolidated data, such as sales summaries, product mixes, discount reports, inventory and management in real-time from anywhere on an Internet-enabled device.

Tab POS also offers delivery and phone order functionality, saved customer information, and the ability to accept credit cards, cash or gift cards.
