Carly Simon sues Starbucks over poor record sales

Musician Carly Simon filed a suit Friday against Starbucks, saying her latest album's dismal sales are a direct result of mismanagement from the Hear Music label, to which she was signed.
TheNew York Timesreported Monday that days after "This Kind of Love" was released, Starbucks scaled back its involvement in the music industry.
A Starbucks spokeswoman has said the company hasn't yet seen the suit.
