Caribou continues hormone-free milk rollout

MINNEAPOLIS — Caribou Coffee Company Inc. has announced that more Caribou Coffee coffeehouses will begin offering rBST-free milk.
Working in conjunction with its dairy partner, Schroeder Company, Caribou Coffee locations in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota will offer rBST-free basic milk products including skim, 2-percent and whole milk.This follows the Colorado and Washington, D.C., metro-market conversion that occurred earlier in 2007.
With the conversion of the Minnesota and Dakota locations, Caribou Coffee will offer hormone-free milk at approximately 60 percent of stores in the United States, according to a news release.
